I have had the opportunity to work with Sandy Allen in case of both selling and purchasing a house in the DMV area. I met Sandy in 2015 where she helped me to sell my property in Woodbridge. In December 2016 I approached her again to help me out in finding the house that catered to my need. I  really love the house that she found for me and I am now comfortably living in Lorton area. She is a very friendly person and is now like a family member to us. She helped me with all the paper work and worked through all the nicks and knacks that my family had in finding the ‘right’ house for us. Similarly, she also helped me with getting things straight with the title company and got me a reasonable mortgage. I would recommend her to my friends and family and everyone else who wants to sell or buy a house.

Sandy went above and beyond with the recent sale of my townhouse in Fairfax/Burke. I live out of state so Sandy helped me get the tenants out, inspected the property, referred a contractor to me, monitored his progress with the necessary repairs and updates, and after everything was fixed she  staged the property beautifully. The house was listed and sold in 3 DAYS! It closed in less than a month. Thank you Sandy, you were a life saver!!!
